A North African dish of savory eggs poached in a pepper tomato sauce.
2 tsp : Olive oil
1 : Onion
3 ounces : Mushroom
1 cup : Red pepper
1 : Jalapeno Pepper
1 tsp : Salt
1 tsp : Ground cummins
1/2 tsp : Paprika
1/2 tsp : Turmeric
1/2 tsp : Blackpepper
1/4 tsp : Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup : Water
6 : Eggs
2 tsp : cheese
1 tsp : Fresh Cilantro
6 : Slices Baguette
Instruction: 1. Saute onions and mushrooms and salt until golden.
Time: 10 min
Instruction: 2. Add peppers and saute till tender.
Time: 5 min
Instruction: 3. Add spices and saute 2 minutes until infused.
Time: 2 min
Instruction: 4. Add tomato sauce and water and cook slowly 10 min.

Instruction: 5. Make a small well in the sauce for each egg. Individually Crack eggs into a small bowl and the transfer to each well without breaking yolks.
